A compact, touchscreen‑based control module built on the ESP32‑2432S028 Cheap Yellow Display (CYD) platform. Each unit arrives fully prepared with the Avalon Nano Ultra Controller firmware preinstalled and verified, giving you a ready‑to‑use interface immediately on first power‑up. Case shown in images is not included.
This device includes firmware created and distributed by its original developer. Full documentation, licensing details, and source material are available on the project page: https://github.com/Stu1958/Avalon-Nano-Ultra-Controller
The installed firmware operates in trial mode. A paid license from the firmware’s developer is required to unlock full functionality. No license or activation key is included with this hardware. The firmware is provided exactly as released by the author - no modifications, support, or activation services are included.
From the project GitHub:
Test the full interface for free. The trial offers 100% functionality so you can verify the thermal improvements before you buy.
When installed connect to the NanoCtrl-AP WiFi (Password: config123). Open a browser to 192.168.4.1 and click Configure WiFi.
Enter your WiFi credentials, Nano name and IP address press save and the CYD will reboot and start managing your Nano's Tmax immediately.
60-Minute Stress Test: The controller will manage your Tmax automatically. Reset the trial as many times as you like for continued testing!

High-Conductivity Thermal Management for 24/7 Mining Stability
Protect your mining hardware from thermal throttling and connection instability. This micro-heatsink add-on is designed for ESP32 SoCs, VRMs, and IC chips, providing the heat dissipation required for high-duty cycle mining operations.
Available Variants:
Premium Copper (10mm): Pure C1100 Oxygen-Free Copper. Maximum thermal conductivity for the most demanding environments.
Pro Black (9mm): Anodized Aluminum. Sleek, low-profile heat dissipation with a durable non-corrosive finish.
Pro Silver (9mm): Natural Aluminum. Lightweight and efficient thermal cooling for standard mining loads.
Why Use This for Your ESP32 Miner?
Sustained Performance: Prevents the ESP32 SoC from down-clocking due to heat, ensuring your hash rate remains consistent.
Pre-Applied Thermal Interface: Each unit features industrial-grade 3M 8810 Thermal Conductive Tape for a high-strength bond and efficient heat transfer.
Optimized Airflow Geometry: Features engraved cooling fins to increase surface area, compatible with both passive setups and active fan cooling.
Technical Specifications
Copper Variant: 10mm x 10mm x 4mm | Pure C1100 Copper | 4x4 Pin-Fin
Aluminum Variants: 9mm x 9mm x 5mm | Anodized Aluminum | Multi-Fin
Mounting: Pressure-sensitive 3M 8810 adhesive (SMD/SMT style)
Compliance: RoHS Compliant
Installation: Ensure the chip surface is clean. Remove the adhesive backing, center the heatsink over the SoC, and press firmly for 30 seconds. The bond strengthens as it reaches operating temperature during the first mining cycle.
